• 1 big handful of Kale
• 1/4 cup coconut cream
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 cup steamed then frozen Japanese sweet potato
• 1/2 cup frozen chopped pear
• 1/2 cup steamed then frozen zucchini slices
• 1 tsp maca
• 2 heaping scoops Blue majik
• 1 scoop vanilla protein
• 1/4 cup frozen mint
