Ingredients:

The Cookies:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Lil Bucks

Optional (but highly recommended) Chocolate Drizzle:

  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

How to Make Them:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mash + mix. In a bowl, mash your bananas until smooth. Fold in the coconut flakes and Cinnamon Lil Bucks until everything is well combined. The Lil Bucks add little pockets of crunch throughout. You'll see (and hear!) the difference.

3. Scoop + bake. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cookies are set and lightly golden around the edges.

4. Drizzle the good stuff. While the cookies cool, melt your chocolate chips with a splash of coconut oil. Drizzle generously over the top, let it set for a few minutes, and try not to eat them all immediately.
