Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen steamed Japanese sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 cup frozen dark cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen steamed zucchini slices, peel on
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 date
- 4-5 frozen mint leaves
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup liquid (I did 1/2 nut milk, 1/2 coconut water)

Directions
Add everything to a high-speed blender. Be patient with blending, this smoothie is thick! Spoon into your favorite bowl and top with Matcha Lil Bucks!!!
