Lil Bucks Papaya Boat

Color up your morning breakfast with this yogurt pitaya bowl.
Ingredients
- Pitaya, sliced in half and seeded
- 2 servings of vanilla yogurt of choice (we love Siggi's new dairy-free yogurt or Culina!)
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/2 cup Matcha Lil Bucks
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Edible dried rose petals
Directions
- If you haven't already, slice the pitaya in half length-wise and remove the seeds.
- Scoop a serving of yogurt into each half of the pitaya
- Line the outside with half of the sliced banana per pitaya half
- Then add the Matcha Lil Bucks (Matcha goes incredibly well with the pitaya fruit, vanilla yogurt + rose flavors!)
- Add a line of the chia seeds - 1 tbsp per boat
- Decorate with edible rose petals - these are beautiful but also add great flavor!
