Baked oats are EVERYTHING! This may take a little longer than your regular microwave oats, but trust us- it's worth the wait.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1/4 cup matcha blend (magic mind bottle)
- 1/4 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 scoop unflavored protein
- 1 tsp baking power

Toppings: banana, strawberries, coconut, Matcha Bucks, and nut butter
Directions
- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Add everything else to bowl, mix well.
- Bake at 350°F and bake for 30 minutes.
- Top with banana, strawberries, coconut, Matcha Bucks, and nut butter!
