Directions

French Toast

1. Cut bread into 1-inch cubes and spread evenly in a greated 9 by 13 inch baking dish

2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla and sugar, then pour over bread

3. Cover dish with tin foil or plastic wrap and pop in refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight)

Topping

1. Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and Lil Bucks in a medium bowl

2. Cut butter (cubed) into this mixture until it has a crumbly texture

3. Place topping in a resealable plastic bag and refrigerate overnight

4. When ready, preheat oven to 350 degrees F

5. Unwrap French toast baking dish and sprinkle topping evenly over bread (sprinkle on more Lil Bucks for added crunch)

6. Leave uncovered and bake for 45-60 minutes, depending on how soft you like it
